Grower Westers (NL) happy with Restrain ethylene application in storage

The story

The potatoes produced by grower Geuk Jan Westers from Nieuwe Pekela leave the storage without any sprouts. Last year the grower switched to
Restrain, a natural sprout inhibitor based on ethylene gas. He likes the system: “The sprouts break very easily when the potatoes are being processed”.
